Effective: August 8, 2026

Scope

This notice covers the public informational pages on tinypoke.com. Tinypoke products, consulting services, and linked websites may provide separate privacy information that applies to their features and interactions.

Information You Provide

If you email Tinypoke, we receive the address you use and the information you put in the message or its attachments. Please provide only what is needed for your request and do not send passwords, access tokens, or unrelated sensitive information.

The public pages on tinypoke.com do not currently provide a direct account sign-up or contact form.

If you use the Zoho SalesIQ chat widget, Tinypoke and Zoho receive the information you enter into the chat, which may include your name, email address, messages, and any other details you choose to provide.

Technical Information

Website hosting and network infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser or user-agent details, and diagnostic or security records.

Tinypoke uses Zoho SalesIQ to provide live chat and visitor engagement. When the widget loads, it may process information such as your IP address, browser type and language, operating system, referring URL, pages accessed, time zone, current domain, and page title. Depending on the widget configuration and your consent choices, SalesIQ may assign identifiers used to recognize a visitor or visit.

Why Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the website;
  • provide live chat, maintain a conversation, and respond to chat messages;
  • understand visits and interactions with the site where visitor tracking is enabled;
  • respond to a message and route it to the appropriate Tinypoke area;
  • investigate support or security reports; and
  • meet legal obligations or protect legal rights.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and any applicable legal, security, or record-keeping requirements.

Service Providers and External Sites

Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information on Tinypoke’s behalf. Zoho processes information through SalesIQ to provide the chat widget, visitor engagement, related security, and configured reporting features.
